Ukulele is considered one of the happiest instruments in the world. Join this fun, interactive group class program. It is great for beginners, no musical experience necessary. Strum along, play chords and learn popular songs. Last class will culminate in a performance and a Luau Party. Learning materials provided. MUSIC FUNDAMENTALS
GRADES 2 AND UP

Instructor: Maria Centola
Through games and group activities the students will explore and understand rhythm, reading music, and playing percussion instruments. The class will introduce writing notes, listening to music, clapping and playing rhythms and melodies.
ART CLASS

Using the theme of world music, each class will be designed to explore new ideas in techniques and mediums to express culture and connection to our brothers and sisters from other countries.
